Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Atlanta, Georgia so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.Patients are seen by appointment only. Please remember that we reserve this time especially with the Doctor. We realize you're' time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Also understand that emergencies do occur, so some delays are unavoidable. We will do our best to keep you informed of delays. Your patience in these situations will be greatly appreciated.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office 48 hours prior to your appointment at 770-394-3114 for the Sandy Springs office or 770-980-0432 for the Marietta office.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Benson & Bateh, DDS does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Accepted Insurance Carriers

We accept all major PPO dental plans however we are in-network providers for Delta Dental Premier, BCBS of GA, MetLife, and Ameritas/Principal.

The good news is that quality dentistry is long lasting and we provide several ways to help you fit the dentistry you desire into your budget. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa~ Discover and American Express. In addition, we have other financial alternatives available to help you obtain the results you desire and to have the smile you've always wanted.

If you have a dental plan, we are prepared to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. We will file your claims on your behalf. If there is a claim outstanding for 90 days, the claim will be closed and you will be responsible for the unpaid balance.

Facilities and Equipment

We have incorporated modern technology to provide you, the patient, with the finest in diagnostic and restorative capabilities. This include: digital radiography that reduces radiation exposure 90 percent compared to conventional film techniques. Digital x-rays are used instead of traditional photographic film. Advantages include time and efficiency through bypassing chemical processing and the ability to digitally transfer and enhance images. Also less radiation can be used to produce an image of similar contrast to conventional radiography.

Intra oral cameras allow us to show you what we see when we examine your mouth. With incredible detail we can show you areas of concern and explain our rationale for certain treatment recommendations.
