We have two convenient locations to serve you in the Atlanta and Marietta areas. Please remember to print out your health history and patient registration forms and bring them to your appointment.

Sandy Springs Office

  • located at the corner of Barfield Rd. and Mt. Vernon Highway
  • In the Perimeter Place Office building

 

Marietta Office

  • We are located on Powers Ferry Road between Terrell Mill and Windy Hill at Governors Ridge. Enter office park at traffic light. Take your 1st left and then an immediate left and as you proceed down the hill, our building is on your right side and our entrance is the only one at that end of the building.
